Users are required to provide accurate and complete personal and medical information and follow all pre-test instructions such as fasting or timing guidelines. Failure to do so may affect test results, for which the center shall not be held responsible. Test bookings can be made via call or WhatsApp, and payment may be required prior to service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Reports are generated based on the samples provided and are delivered within indicative timelines, which may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the test. Reports are for informational purposes only and must always be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional. They should not be considered as a standalone diagnosis or used for self-medication.

Cancellation requests must be made before sample collection. Once the sample has been collected or testing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company’s policy. The center shall not be liable for delays due to technical, medical, or operational reasons, or for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the user or decisions taken without professional medical consultation.

All personal and medical data shared with the center is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with applicable data protection practices. Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data. All website content, including text, design, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Real Diagnostics & Research Center and may not be reproduced without permission.

The center reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services shall constitute acceptance of such updates. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
